Hopebuy?

Hi, I've found a very, VERY cheap site for SC and I was wondering if it's reliable/dependable. It's called Hopebuy. I found it on the Super Card Dealer Site (http://www.supercard.cn/eng/dealer.htm) and was wondering if it was trustworthy. It's very cheap, amazingly actually.
