Help: Downgrading problem

Hi Im downgrading my from 2.00 to 1.5

I got the the step with the white letters and it tell you to turn the PSP off. Mine won't turn off, but Im sure thats because its plugged up, should I unplug it from the power adaptor to turn it off or what? :confused:

you must take unplug tje power adapter and remove the battery
