Microsoft will offer "storage solutions" to Xbox 360 Arcade owners and those with no Hard Drive space to install the New Xbox Experience update.

The dashboard revamp, which has just been dated for November 19, requires a minimum of 128MB of free storage space - or at least a 256MB memory card.

So Arcade users and those with 64MB cards are basically buggered, but according to Major Nelson Microsoft will come to the rescue...

"While we expect the majority of consumers to download the New Xbox Experience without a problem, a small percentage of Xbox 360 owners do not have enough memory to accommodate the update," Microsoft's mouth told the X360 Fanboy blog.

"To help ensure all Xbox Live members are able to download the New Xbox Experience and enjoy its new features, Microsoft will be offering storage solutions to the Xbox Live community. We are not sharing details of this offering yet. Be sure to check xbox.com for more details in the coming weeks."

Common sense suggests some sort of memory card mailing promotion then, unless the Major's going to come over your house and help clear out downloaded gamerpics and themes.

NXE adds a completely redesigned menu system, Avatars, the ability to install games to your HDD and more. Have a look at it over here (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=198107).
