View Full Version : No Playstation Store with FW5.00??

Just updated my PSP with dark alexs firmware 5.00 and tried to access the playstation store and it says A SYSTEM SOFTWARE UPDATE IS NEEDED... any ideas guys

Ideas? Well, try updating to 5.00 M33-2 from here (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=2148152373). Perhaps that gets around the firmware requirement problem (for now anyway).

Ok done that and still get same problem...here is what it says

A SYSTEM SOFTWARE UPDATE FOR THE PSP SYSTEM IS REQUIRED
FOR UPDATE METHODS, REFER TO THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PSP SYSTEM....

Im in the UK by the way with a FAT psp

It seems 5.00 M33-3 has come out real quick, try updating to that, found here (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=168248).
