Editing 5.0 RCO's

For firmware 5.0
Is it possible to edit just the text in the topmenu_plugin.rco ?

I want to edit the title of one icon.

Finally figured it out.

If any one wants them I have attached the following files and tools that were used.
They should all be ready to use on 5.0
5.0_topmenu_plugin.rco (compressed and not compressed)
PRXdecrypter1.8
Resurssiklunssi_0.3
RCOEdit114d

Also: A reboot and shutdown topmenu plugin for 5.0
Reboot/shutdown prx and fixed "TopMenu_Plugin.rco" for 5.00 M33
Modifies the XMB Network Icon
Text and Functions
X= Reboot
R+X=Shutdown

Tested on a PhatPSP only!
