New Wii games not working

I bought two wii games and they don't load, when ever I click on the start icon it just goes to a black screen and nothing happens. I have a Wii key installed and the burned games and the official versions of Zelda, and Wii sports work fine.

It would probably help to know what games they are and whether they're originals or backups.

I know some games are able to check for modchips (newer ones like the D2pro are apparently good at avoiding detection) and won't boot (I think SmashBros or Super Mario Galaxy?).
