PsGUI22beta glitch???

Ok this is very wierd or I'm just stupid. After I downloaded Castlevania NitM (sega saturn) and can't seem to make it work on yabause. Some time later I noticed that the CV file is .cue, and so I tried PsGUI22beta also known as simlpe popstation I think. and then I converted the saturn game to EBOOT and the wierdest thing happened. It was actually converting it to EBOOT!:eek: But I didn't test it 'coz I'm afraid I might end up bricking my psp. So think it will work?

P.S. I KNOW THIS IS A NOOB QUESTION!
