Can anyone tellme a good mp3 converting programme thati can change the bit rate of the songs im converting for better quality etc.
Im using MP3 for dummies (an ok freebie) but find that when i convert a song itplays a bit quiet on my PSP (it converts at 128kps)
Any help always appreciated
