Ok, well as some may know I'm actually excited about my modified Saturn which may arrive either today (Thursday) or tomorrow (Friday)... Which has led me to think many things, which I should possibly know.

(1)

Is it possible to change the CD tracks on a game such as Daytona CCE, where the soundtrack is a bit repetitive and boring?

- And yes I own (http://s115.photobucket.com/albums/n304/vampdude/DCEmu/?action=view&current=SatWiiDC-DaytonaCCE-VampDude.png) Daytona CCE, just incase anyone gets the wrong idea and thinks "ILLEGAL COPY" or something.

(2)

To save CD-R's for homebrew, is it possible to have more than one homebrew game on a single CD-R like on Dezaemon (which Christuserloeser mentioned and I downloaded) where there are many games on a single disc? And please can someone point me in the right direction of a tutorial and downloads?

- It can be done on the Dreamcast, so possibly the Saturn too because some homebrew titles are somewhere between 1-20MB leaving 680MB unaccounted for.

(3)

Also, is it possible to run VCD's on a modified Saturn?

- There is a card, but I'm presuming that a mod-chip can "possibly" bypass and allow them.

Yeah, it is.

When I mentioned Dezaemon, I meant this:

...which I assume you've downloaded.

Anyway, to answer your question, you could try the ATLAS Game Pack Repository:

http://www.rockin-b.de/saturn-atlasgamepacks.html

Rockin' B hosts many cool homebrew, and some compilations from the C4 contests: http://www.rockin-b.de/c4.html

Browse our Saturn News forum for the latest 2007 package which isn't listed at Rockin' B's site yet.

Another interesting thing might be the Game Basic Database, but I am not sure if there's a compilation yet:

Nope. VCDs require an MPEG decoder which Saturn doesn't have out of the box. You'd need one of the VCD cards for VCD playback (which are not too expensive btw).
