Need help with M3 Real.

Most of the games on my M3 work, but I have a few that won't work. I have Disgaea DS which loads but every time I can't save. It freezes every time I try to save or if I try to get to the save screen. The other game that won't work for me is Sonic Chronicles. When I start it, it starts to load and then I just get a black screen. Any help?
