How can I make my own PlayStation roms from my own discs? If it is not possible, where can I get some?

Come on IC you should know better then to ask for ISOs/Roms. Playstation emulators do not run roms but rather they run disc images in the form of ISO's and sometimes .bin/.cue files. Making them requires ripping it from your CD and creating a "back-up" on your computer. Playstation emulation is much more complicated then Genesis or Snes so your going to have to do some research on "bios" files and "plug-ins". I think I've said to much already. Enough talk of it.

So basically I take the PlayStation disc, put it into my computer, copy the files from it onto my computer, use WinISO to compress it into a...dare I say it...ISO file, and run that through the PlayStation emulator?

You have to make an IMAGE copy, not a file copy.
