roms wont work ?

i got the pspgenesis on my psp i put in the rom everythin seems rite good to go ... i click on the pspgenis and it starts loading for a minute then it ssays its unable to play this game ?

Could be a bad rom dump, try another one.

I'm not sure if its the ROM, because he says PSPGenesis starts to load then stops...no mention of getting to the menu.

MonkeyBoy, we are going to need a bit more informations, like:-

1) What firmware version is your PSP?
2) How exactly did you install it?
3) If it is a PSP error, what is the error code?

I also encountered a small issue when I was trying to play a genesis game "Sonic and Knuckles"

I recived this message

"The game could not be started.
(80020001)"


anyone know what to do?

I have properly downgraded from 2.0 to 1.5 as far as I know of anyway, when I checked up wich version I was using it said clearly that it was version 1.5
