For all of you watching (I know of a few here, including wraggster himself), it's about darned time, Sabacc basics has been updated:

Why did it take so long?
- I totally rewrote the underlying interface framework. That itself took a long time. I also wrote a "SmartSurface" for SDL Surfaces so I could avoid freeing one that had already been freed, in the course of which somehow pointers got messed up, memory corrupted, and oddly enough it worked erfectlyon every other platform, as well as an older toolchain I was using, till I upgraded to svn2446 ran it on the PSP. Good bless very limited memory as it reveals bugs.
- I changed about how resources were stored.
- I changed how cards were displayed. I think the new card numeral style looks much cooler than the old.
- About half way through I tried to overclock my iBook G4 and screwed the logic board. Ooops. Haha.
- A promotion at work and the appropriate training. Still ongoing, so progress will be slow.

Notes:
- The dialogs are finally alpha blending (got a rewrite as part of #1)!
- The dialog buttons don't display keys. X = OK or Continue, O = Cancel.

- I STILL NEED HELP WITH ARTWORK.

Anyway, enjoy. Bugs, whatever, feel free to post or otherwise contact me.
