help with psp browser

till now i have tried two browsers techni no man and fired up browser. both have some kind of problem. with techni no man i get this error. " this game cannot be started 80010002." and the fired up browser can go to webs and hangs up. please somebody can help me why i m getting error in techni no man browser

Warning second hand information:

If you've been using UMD Emulator lately, than that may be your problem. For some reason, after running UMDE, the Tenchi browser won't run. Try resetting your system settings, this worked for me.

nowwhen i try to use fired up psp browser it just hangs when i try to type something. please help me in this regard thanks. is there something wrong in settings.
