To put the question into context, I have a legitimate Pokémon Emerald cartridge, and want to know if a slot-1 device could be used to run action replay codes for it (to bag myself a Zangoose).
I know slot-1 devices can't be used to play GBA roms because of how it handles them differently (so I'm not all too hopeful about the answer) but wondered if this was at all possible.
