whats the best pcengine for DC?

I know there are three and i'm using the quzar's emu but im wondering how good is darcdc and dreamengine (i know there's no sound in dreamengine). Are they any faster? can darcdc play cds? Why the pcengine emus for pc needs more power than the neogeo/cps ones? I can run neoragex full-speed/0 frameskip with my PIII 600 Mhz 192MB RAM but Magic engine and other Pcengine emus for pc seem to run at 50% or less.. Can anyone explain me that?

none of them can play CD games and HuCast runs faster than the other two. Also the other two don't have sound. The only advantage Dreamengine has is that it has a nice menu.
