You need:

- PBP Unpacker download (http://dl.qj.net/PBP-Unpacker-v0.94-PSP-Tools-Utilities-(on-PC)/pg/12/fid/8808/catid/192)
- ATRAC 3 Codec download (http://www.free-codecs.com/Sony_ATRAC3_Audio_Codec_download.htm)
- GoldWave 5.0 download (http://www.simtel.net/product.download.mirrors.php?id=59197)

Install

1. Install PBP unpacker, learn how to use it (i bet you already know)

2. Extract codec pack, right clic on ATRAC3.INF file, select install, follow directions

3. Install Goldwave

Create SND0.AT3

1. Create an MP3 file, no longer than 55 seconds with the music you want to use

2. Open the MP3 file with Goldwave and save it as *.WAV marking on ATRIBUTES: ATRAC3 66kbps STEREO. This last thing is very important cause if you don't do it, the PSP wont play the music when the EBOOT is selected

3. Save file

4. Rename the file *.WAV to SND0.AT3

5. Your sound file is ready to get back into the Eboot. Remember the Eboot creating process is different between 1.5 and 1.0 Eboots. If you work with 1.5 files you have to modify the file on the % folder.

Hope this works

edit: the Goldwave 5.0 link doesn't work but I bet you can find it on google
