new to ds homebrew

hi im new to ds and homebrew got the r4card working ok,but need advice about mp3 and video,how do i run it ,where do i store it and what do i need to play it.
thanks for any help or by pushing me in the right direction for help in forums

Video: Moonshell (http://www.ds-xtra.com/MoonShell) (DSMPlay (http://www.ds-xtra.com/DSMPlay)and DSVideo (http://www.ds-xtra.com/DSVideo)are alternatives but Moonshell is king)
MP3: YOu can use Moonshell as well but I love LMP-ng (http://www.ds-xtra.com/LMP-ng) (DSOrganize (http://www.ds-xtra.com/DSOrganize) is an alternative but LMP-ng looks better)
