I have a question, i went into game and bought a nice 2nd hand psp. I wanted it for emulation. I was lucky as the firmware is 1.50!!!. Ive installed UAE, speccy,c64 and megadrive emulators and they work fine!! BUT none of the snes emulators work, then just say "game wont start". so do i NEED to upgrade my firmware to 2 and loose the ability to play what ive got forever or stay with what i have? coz i (think) you need firmware 2 to run snes games. Im a bit confused. Should i upgrade and whats the disadvantages? or should i stick to 1.50 and hope a snes emulator comes out that works? thanks so much

Snes emulators should run on version 1.5 firmware. Just make sure you are using the 1.5 versions of the emulator. They should come in 2 folders (eg SNES and SNES%) and you need both to run the emu.
