According to Windows 7 Team Blog, beta sign-up is now over. You have two days to complete your downloads, and can still get a product key if you need one.

I got both my 32 and 64 bit beta editions a few days after the signup lanuch was on, whole thing reminds me of the time when the Vista beta and release candidates were around.
