I am trying to use bootdreams to burn some of my games, but I am having issues with 2 things.

How do I tell when I am suppose to use a scrambled bin file?

and how do I know when to use Audio\Data, Data\Data, or Multisession??

I am sure I can try every combination, but I would like to not lose 10 cdr's per attempt. Is there a site that shows per-game information like this?

or is there other ways to tell?

Thanks, I have been searching for this answer and I haven't been able to find it.

I'm no expert, but in my experience:

Audio/Data is only if it contains audio tracks files (WAV, MP3 etc) that are burned onto separate tracks on the disc

Data/data is data only

Multisession I've never known a need for, since it doesn't "finalize" the disc and I've run into problems getting these to boot

And scrambling, usually when compiling the CD image with BootDreams it tells you whether or not the BIN is scrambled and will scramble an unscrambled BIN. I've always needed my BINs scrambled to get to work..

I, too, wish I knew of somewhere a little more reliable info was on BD

Read the help file, it explains the differences between audio\data and data\data; there really is no differences besides whether your CD writer is capable of writing the format.

Multisession is for DCHakker\DemoMenu.

All homebrew needs to be scrambled to properly selfboot.
