Its been a while since we heard from Chui, but the GP32 releases keep on coming, so would the gp32 releases work on the Dreamcast via the dreamcast version of fenix?

if fenix has a simple menu then im sure we could try and add the new releases.

any thoughts?

The first thing that would need to be done is to get the Fenix loader working on NTSC systems. After that, I don't know whether it would work or not.
