Is there an emulator for the Dreamcast?

Is there an emulator for the Dreamcast? I'm not sure if this is even possible, but if so, could someone point me to one?

i wish.. sorry but its not possible on the ds with the specs it has. there might be one for psp.. but im not sure. i know there are a bunch for your computer but they are hard to set up and pretty glitchy. i would just go with buying some used one in a store or on ebay. its worth it

there a dream cast emulator on the pc so far no one has ever ported a dc emu yet iam sure the ps3 or the xbox might be able to handle it and btw if they did make one for the psp it well run very slow after all they did make a sega saturn emulator for the psp and its fps rate was 2 thu 4
