Accidently deleted game saves..

Hey can anyone tell me if i can restore my game saves that i deleted by accident. I was tryiny to put some magazines i downloaded onto om PSP and when it did'nt work i deleted them and all my game saves aswell, does anyone here know of a way i can restore back to my psp any help would be greatful thanks.

I take it that you didnt back them up on your pc
The only thing i can think of is to download game saves.

You can try data recovery software if you want, chances are low though depending on how they were deleted and if they have been overwritten.
