Go to the video menu (on the psp home screen) and go set the volume to +2
If you have already done that, buy some speakers :)

m8 you dont understand, i dont want speakers i want to convert the files to .pmp cuz they are smaller and i can put the sound up high, the video files i got are of low sound when put to the psp, it dont matter about the speakers cuz i am trying to make use of the mobility of the psp. I mean i would have just gone and bought the video i am trying to play or go to the cinema and watch it!
