fallout on dc

hey i can't code or program or any of that but could a pc game like fallout be ported to dreamcast (i know people have port quake and stuff)

at first like yourself krowstrife i thought it was hard it still is as i dont know which things do work i do know that each source must no contain anything windows like asm files also direct x but i can tell you that a source must be C++ and most of the time you might know it could be ported if your operating system is linux also if you do find sdl's those might be portable to dc sorry i just got home and no time to fix this with spelling and i am very bad with that sorry folks but i hoped i helped the best i could
