I bought my PSP yesterday, with the intention of using it to emulate the SNES and the Genesis. I'm going to do the Pandora/Magic Stick thing.
I have a friend to help with the modding, but I have a lot of questions:

1. After changing my battery to a Pandora battery, will I still be able to use the PSP for movies, Skype, etc.?

2. I put the various MAgic Memory Stick files on my memory stick, right? What if I use my friend's PSP/memory stick to convert my battery?

3. Will this harm my PSP in any way?

4. Do I need to do something to my PSP before converting my battery?

Any help would be appreciated.

OK, I talked to my friend and he says that if I install things on my memory stick (he recommended using "Newbie Easy MMS Installer") and use HIS Pandora battery, I can put my regular battery in and erase the stuff off my memory stick and it will work for emulation.

Is this correct?

No problem !

3. Will this harm my PSP in any way?

No, nothing !

4. Do I need to do something to my PSP before converting my battery?
