Vba To Gpsp

Hi im kinda new to all this stuff so i 'd really appreciate it if someone could help me figure out how to take a vba save (.sg1) of pokemon fire red and change it to .sav for gpsp i'm clueless. if i save it the regular way on it, it says exchange backup memory but i save it using shift+f2 (on vba of course) and i just need to convert it to use on gpsp :confused: there are 2 files 1 is the .sa1 the other is .sg1
