Atari 2600 emulation with Plynx?

I know this is probably a stupid question, but can the Plynx emulator emulate Atari 2600 roms? I ask because the title of this forum contains the description "This is the official forum for the Atari 2600 emulator for the PSP, Plynx".

If this will not emulate Atari 2600 roms, which I assume it will not, can you recommend a good 2600 emu for PSP fw 2.0?
