best web-browser for 1.5?

I have a PSP with 1.5 on it, and I was wondering what is currently the best avalible internet browser for it, be it homebrew a sumthing ripped from a game.

Does this browser have the same functionality as the 2.0 web browser?
Can you surf any website with it or only psp ready/mobile phone ready sites?

The Wipeout browser isnt the same as the 2.0 one,
cant you load up 2.0 on 1.5 PSPs, without updating, to use the browser?

well, not yet, but we're getting there.

and the wipeout pure browser can't display certain images, and there's no downloading i don't think. it's one of the better 1.5 browsers because it allows you to go back and fourth and a few other simple things. but yea, it like a really watered down 2.0 browser, and you have to be at some kind of website as your home that lets you link to other sites, like google! but yea, you decide...

And what about the 3.0 firmware loader, it lets you use the browser doesn't it? And if so does it have full functionality? I'm kinda scared to try it becouse the installing procedure looks difficult and i dont want to brick my psp......
