Hey there,

I have a PSP its system software version is showing as 7.50, under system information.
I purchased this as used, and did nothing to it except play games on it. It does not play all of the games that I want it to, (games purchased from the store). When said store bought games "decide" not to work it gives a message .... GAME COULD NOT BE STARTED ( FFFFFED3)

my question(s) are,

1) did some one try to make this a Mac emulator? to emulate 7.5
2) how can I return the version to some thing that will run all the games I buy at the store?

Thanks for your assistance

Whoever used that PSP before was screwing around with it.

This happens when you use SONYXTEAM'S VERSION CHANGER, which is harmless and allows you to run some games which force an update to 1.52 or 2.00, like Virtua Tennis or Burnout.

You probably really have version 1.50. Just put the Sonyxteam Version Changer on your memory stick (I've even attached it to this post for you), run it, and set the firmware to 1.50 again. Simple enough.
