Terra Incognita PSP help

I'm having trouble getting this to work... Mainly because I can't read the "read me" file. So what I did was I downloaded the file and extacted it all into this location PSP/GAMES/TERRAPSP. The little Icon shows up on my PSP, under games, but when I click it to start the program it starts but then tell me that it cannot run. So please can anyone help me? I really want to play this game.
