Heinrich Tillack (http://a128.ch9.de/) has released a preview version of his great game DCastle, heres a description from the man himself:[br][br] This game takes the classic STAR CASTLE game from 1980 to 2004, uniting breaking puzzle games and shooters. [br][br]ARCADE MODE: You control Dr. Freak. Dr. Freak fires at Smily, who is surrounded by three oppositely rotating energy rings of twelve blocks each. When a clear line of fire is open, Smily fires back with a big "fuzzball". Alien sparks start off on the rings, but eventually fly loose and chase you. The gameplay is intense! [br][br]PUZZLE MODE: Just intense! Just have a look at the commercial DCASTLE version [br][br]Try it out for yourself with the preview Self Booting Nero image which you can download from Here (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/dcastle.shtml)

I played this at the Midwest Gaming Classic. It's a great game. I can't wait until it's completed, and sold by The Goat Store. Good Stuff. ;D

Great! I am curious too.

About CDRs: Yes, you'll have hundreds all the time, but when you have one left, ten new projects appear from nothin ;) I think it's time for a coder's cable :)

The DCastle release at the MGC was nice. Kept locking up for some reason, only at the title screen. Oh well.

If anyone is interested, there is a writeup of the S+F Software experience at the MGC at http://www.sevensoupcans.com/vent/
