Hi there,

Newbie here. I've checked the forums for an answer to this question but cannot find one (well found similar but it disappeared before I could use the information???) If anyone can help you would save me nightmares...

I ve got jap psp 1000 which thinks it's on 7.50 (like that when i got it).
No problems with new UMDs (tiger woods 06, and tony hawk) BUT just bought Sims 2 today and it gives a fffffed3 error

tried to reset system to default and then upgrade to official v2.60 but it gives a 80020148 error

How do i get rid of this bogus 7.50??

thanx in advance :)

You PSP says its a version 7.50, so It must be a v1.5.
Use the SXT Version Changer to put it back to v1.5.

Becareful though, there is a slight chance this could mess up your PSP.
