how to play AVC on version 2.5?

I converted my video file via psp video9. Setting were AVC CBR, 368x208, 256kbps, 2pass, 14.985 FPS, Stereo 128kbps 24khz, aspect ratio 1:1.

I transferred the file via Video9 to the AVC folder. When I went to the video section of the psp it said the file was unsupported. What gives? I thougt Version 2.5 was supposed to be able to run AVC? Am I doing something wrong with the settings?
