PMP mod error

Hi guys, I've been having a problem running my episodes of gits on the pmp.
I converted the avis into .pmp using AVI to PMP V091, and they worked great. Recently, I tried to batch convert about 10 of these avis into .pmp, and the drive they were being dumped to ran out of space. It ended up not converting just 2 of the episodes, and since the progam converts the files one at a time, I knew there shouldnt be a problem...

However, today I got an error message with a blue background when I tried to open the files with pmp saying;

Error:

"pmp_lib_open: can't read audio header"

can anyone please tell me how to solve this error or if i've got to re-do those episodes or what...
