MEMSTICK.IND <what this?

When i format my memory stick this file appears in the root"MEMSTICK.IND",wasn't there when i did the first format.Anyone Know what it's for. :confused:

Its something important dont really know what but best not to mess around with it.

Uhh, no. You can delete it. But after formatting it reappears.
