Hi,

I just got a PSP (US spec) and everything works on the unit until you insert a disk. Then you hear the disk spinning and the head moving to try and read the disk but nothing happens and the PSP does not recognise that there is a disk inserted!!!

Does anyone know what the problem is and how i can fix it?? I'm in the UK so can't sent it back under warrenty!!

Cheers for any help!!!

Go to this website and send them an email http://www.psptree.co.uk/

(On the far right of the website under ''shop by catergory'' are their ''Psp repair services'')

If you send your Psp to Sony, it will arrive back with firmware 3.0 installed.

psp tree is £75 for replacing the lense but i just found a place in dundee that do it for £50!!

I'm thinking it would be pretty crap to get the lense replaced if it was just the lense was needing a clean!! does anyone know how hard it is to get itno the lense??

Cheers
