SC Rumble cannot play GBA games, no clue why you'd recommend that.

Well I was saying those are two slot-2 cards i am looking into the Supercard SC I believe it is called I hear it has good gba support.

You heard wrong, slot-2 Supercards have bad GBA compatibility mostly because their slow RAM makes many GBA games slow down.
