I just bought a DC from a friend for $10, what a deal!

Anyways, I wanted to see if I could get Emulators to work on it, but I'm not sure what I need to do in order to get homebrew software to run. I have looked at some sites, and most say that I need to create a Selfboot disc, which I have tried, and when I tried booting it, my DC just sat at the white DC logo screen. I seem to have burned everything correctly...

This makes me think that I need a Modchip or a Boot Disc, such as DC-X. I know I can play Imports, like Ikaruga, with this, but will I be able to play homebrew emus with it, or am I doing something wrong with the whole Selfboot thing?

Thanks!

Thanks! I did get The NES Emu to work, because it created the image for me. Nice, now I just need SNES and Genesis to work!

The weird thing is that I modded my xbox completely, and I started DC modding now...
