Xbox 360 and partitions

I have a external 300GB hard drive connected to my xbox with music and photos on. The problem I have is that the maximum size of the partition is 32GB (Fat32 limit) and I need to try and increase it ...............or is there anyway to get the 360 to look at other partitions on the external hard drive.
