I recently emailed Team 17 to see if there was any plans to release lemmings on the DS, apparently Sony now own the licence to Lemmings and have put a stop to any plans to port it to the DS keeping it as an exclusive PSP title. Are there any homebrew versions of lemmings on the DS? It would be excellent to be able to play lemmings using the stylus>is this just a pipe dream?

I think that this request is a very good one DEEJAYCON, as lemmings was ported to almost every system known to man in the first place. It all depends on the version that you wanted to port, personally for ease of use maybe port the SNES version?? So no I do not believe that yours is a pipe dream, if anything like ive said, its a reality!!! personally I want Speedball 2 (AMIGA VERS) ported.

Sont own the rights to lemmings? Lemmings should be set free for all formats not just sony. the PSP version get shit reviews, all the ones i read said it should of been on the DS coz of the touch screen.

Someone made a GBA version that I have on my DS right now - I don't know who though. If you really need a lemmings fix, the GBA version works, but an NDS version would be pretty cool (I think that the person who made the GBA version now codes for NDS, so who knows!)

Sont own the rights to lemmings? Yup it was a DMA design game published by Psygnosis & Sony ate Psygnosis, the fact that DMA became Rockstar doesnt hurt for Sony wanting Lemmings all to themselves.
