You cant just make a downgrader just like that.
The coders cant get past the security measures put in place by sony to stop homebrew.

I agree with Hawkeyefile. You buy a PSP to play PSP games funnily enough. If you wanted to play homebrew or develop for it then you should have done research prior to putting money down.
