This is an interesting one, if you had 3 high powered AAA batteries in the Go Max then you could have up to 2700mah ?

well a PSP battery original is 1800Mah but if you had 3 900 mah AAAs then you should have 2700mah meaning an extra 50% of time, in theory anyway :P

Actullay wraggster, im not an expert but, it requires power from each battery at the same time to achieve the needed voltage, so infact it would give you 900 mah on max power batterys, approx 50% of the normal psp battery.

Well. it would be cool if you were able to charge the 3 tripple a batterys. It is possible to charge alkaline batterys (http://www.i-hacked.com/content/view/207/44/).

Not unless specially made, and those bad boys can be expensive.

The normal PSP battery is rechargeable anyway. Why would you want this?

My guess: Camping.

If you expect to be away from a power outlet for a week or more, then you would want this. You'd simply need to stock up on AAA's before leaving.

Wait a second though...Didn't some company release a solar charger for the psp a while back?
