X-Flash is a firmware writing program written primarily for my own use. I wanted a way to quickly apply
newly discovered firmware hacks, and to automate the process of customising any new 1.50 PSP units that
I might purchase in the future.
The program is only preliminary, and has a long way to go.
Functionality has yet to be added that reverses the modifications performed by the program,
But I have personaly tested every function of this version, of this program on my own 1.50 PSP unit.
All modifications performed by this program are working well on two 1.50 PSP units that I have.
To Install the X-Flash program, copy the Flashmod program folders in the usual GAME folder of a 1.50 PSP,
Launch the X-Flash application, and select a menu option with up and down on the joypad.
Press 'X' to commit the selected modification to firmware.
WARNING:
This program (through software/hardware malfunction), has the potential to render PSP units permanently inoperative.
Use this software/modified firmware files at your own risk.

Options for many XMB menu fonts,
Options for many custom XMB menu sound effects,
Firmware version Tricker.
