Where and how to upload apps on a psp

ok, im a newb at this, and i thought dragging applications like ps paint to game would make it work, but it just says file corrupt. and if i want to put windows on this, where does that go? and the psp radio?

This is too much to eXplain read the guides on installing homebrew, but things to keep in mind. Do you have the right firmware version. Do you need to exploit the files or use an eboot loader to use these files on the FW version you do have? Most homebrew does go in games but there are other preperations to be made. Reading the guidez and learning this stuff will give you a larger understanding of the scene. If you have 1.50 you need to KXploit the files if you have version 2.00 or higher you need to use an eboot loader. That should give you a good start.
