Just a few found with google, list not complete:

Modchips and chipped Saturns:
(german)
http://www.sintech-shop.de/shop.htm?sega_saturn_hardware.htm
http://www.hardwareschmiede.de/Retro-Umbauten/Sega-Saturn-Modchip-inkl-Einbau::150.html
(uk)
http://www.robwebb.clara.co.uk/shop/saturn/saturn.htm

Modchips:
http://www.jandaman.com/games.mvc?p=satmod&Category_code=SAT

The prices vary very much...

Good idea. People would like to know, when vbt's emu is out. Need to search for more shops, especially the modchips in german shops are quite expensive.

Sorry, what I wanted to say is that, when you release your emu, people would like to know about where to get modchips. Because they would like to play it.
BTW: as soon as I get back (saturday), I will send you the slave CPU sources.

I've received your files, it needs some studies now and maybe some help from you side on how you used the Slave CPU for your emus.

Maybe you're fedup on testing game I choose, here are again two games :
