v2.5 help

sorry, but i dont really understand this stuff so can somebody please explain me in an easy way: can i still run emulators on my psp if i just bought it and it is v2.5? in case i can, what exactly do i have to do?

Yes and no. Many homebrew programs you can run through the GTA exploit, though this requires you to purchase Grand Theft Auto:LCS. Over at Fanjita's Place (http://http://www.fanjita.org/), you can find a list of all working homebrews for 2.01 and above. Until a downgrader is avalible, you will be stuck with a 2.5/2.6 firmware. I suggest you try and find a 1.5 off ebay as for it has much more capabilities. If you decide to get a 1.5, you will not have access to a web browser or any of the other 2.01+ features. I myself own a 2.6 and im am happy enough with hit. By the way, it will proabably be a long time before a downgrader is avalible.
