Heres a release from Glynnder (http://www.pspro.co.uk/)

I had a quick look at whats included in Notepad for PSP v3 FIXED, and realised it was such a simple process to get it working! All you have to do is edit the system.Lua file in the "notepad for PSP" directory, (no %) and remove the system.connectusb bit, and that should get it working on 2.6 without a hitch via the eLoader 0.97. One issue though is you must quit with L+R +Start, because the home button doesn't work. Notepad for PSP v3.00 FIXED is basically TTLDE, is based on it, but looks graphically better and is easy to launch form the eLoader menu, I've been wanting an alternative Notepad - and here it is!

Theres 2 versions of Notepad for v2.0 owners, the v3 has many more features.

Would this work with a USB keyboard if you connected it to your PSP? If so that would be so handy for school.

first we need to know your firmware version
(If you dont know turn your psp on then go to settings > system settings > system information. the number next to the words system software is your firmware version.)
