Whats a good working snes emulator, and how do i install it, i got one before but didnt work.
-I am using firmware 2.0

what do u mean? how do i do this? and wud it make the emulator run faster?

By the sounds of things, it looks like you are running at the default clockspeed of 200mhz for the PSP. From what I remember, you van change the clockspeed of the PSP to 333mhz in the options menu which should give you a healthy speed boost.

i dunno how to change it. will it affect my psp wen i play UMD's?

no it wont man....it comes with a good readme so when ya get it just read it...u should b fine..

I am going to give this one more try then giving up.
Run the Emulator -> Run a Game -> Go to the Options menu of the Snes EMu -> Change the ClockSpeed.

sorry if i am being anoying but; i ran the emulator, ran the game, but couldnt bring up options menu. i am using Snes9xTYL for firmware 2.0 +.

Default controls :

ok, it turns out it was allways at 333Mhz but was still slow, i then started tinkling and changed the frequency to 44Khz, now it is running great at 60 frames p/s all the time. thnx for all the help :D:D:D

What type of old games; console, arcade, computer or something else?

use the analog stick to access the snes menu. then change speed 222-333. then try upping the frameskipping if not good enough
